Our Story

Founder Tori Johnson, a longtime op-shop lover, launched The Outback Op Shop Australia after realizing how difficult it was to find affordable clothing in remote areas. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a thriving shop, supported by an amazing community that shares the same passion for sustainability, affordability, and helping others.

Now, with a storefront opening soon in Injune QLD,  we’re excited to continue our journey—giving pre-loved fashion a new home and making op shopping a must-stop experience for both locals and travelers heading to the Carnarvon Gorge and beyond.
