Terms and Conditions for the TOOS Loyalty Points Program
Welcome to the TOOS Loyalty Points Program ("Program") by The Outback Op Shop ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Overview
The TOOS Loyalty Points Program is our way of rewarding our valued customers ("you" or "members") for their support. Points can be earned through purchases, sign-ups, and redeemed for rewards as specified below.
2. Ways to Earn Points
- Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Sign-Up Bonus: Receive 50 points when you sign up to The Outback Op Shop by creating an account.
3. Rewards
- Free Shipping: Redeem 150 points for free shipping on your next order.
- Discounts: Redeem 20 points for a $1 discount on eligible purchases.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold. Redemption is subject to availability and may be restricted to specific items or services.
4. Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in earning rates, reward levels, or the discontinuation of the Program entirely.
5. Points Expiration
Points earned under the Program do not expire unless the Program is terminated. In the event of termination, all unused points will be forfeited.
6. Membership Conditions
- The Program is available to individuals who sign up and create an account with The Outback Op Shop.
- Membership is limited to one account per individual. Points cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership and void your points if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Outback Op Shop is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or errors in the accumulation or redemption of points. The Program is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees regarding its availability or your ability to participate.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Queensland.
